2. Services
We offer personalized study card creation, group workshops, and compact reference consultations. Each service engagement begins upon confirmation and payment.
3. Information Products
Our information products include digital study card sets, e-guides, and compact reference files available for download upon purchase.
4. Physical Products
We ship printed card decks, reference booklets, and other tangible study aids. Shipping options and delivery times are presented at checkout.
5. Refund and Transfer Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. This policy outlines eligibility, methods of return, and transfer options.
5.1 Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may transfer your booking to another date at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as preparation has already been completed.
5.2 Information Products
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the product. If download or access is initiated, the purchase is final and no refund is available. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5.3 Physical Products
Return requests for undamaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process a refund or offer an exchange at no extra cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of item receipt.
5.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Custom design services and personalized card orders are tailored to your specifications and thus cannot be returned or refunded once orders enter production. This ensures fairness and prevents waste of resources dedicated to custom requests.
6. Modifications and Updates
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
